Located at the corner of the 43rd Street and Hampton Boulevard, with entrances off 41st & 43rd Streets, the garage is zoned as 每小时, 通勤, and special event parking with the exception of the 4th floor which is reserved.

Levels 1, 2, 3 and 5 are designated as 通勤 or 每小时 parking, unless otherwise signed. 第四级是 Reserved 停车 only. When parking in an 每小时 parking space, you must pay 通过MobilePay as soon as you park your vehicle. 通勤 parking requires a 通勤 停车 Permit which can be purchased on the ODU 停车 Portal.

The first level on the 49th Street side is designated as 每小时 parking only. The side facing the stadium, as well as Levels 2 and 3, are designated as 每小时 or 教员/员工 停车. Levels 4 and 5 are designated as are 每小时 or Resident parking. Hourly parking must be paid for immediately upon parking 通过MobilePay. Resident parking requires a Resident 停车 Permit which can be purchased through the ODU 停车 Portal.
